Biodegradable and compostable paper
The BIO BOSS bags are 100% biodegradable. Are specifically designed for packaging and transporting fresh food or recently cut in delicatessens, butchers, supermarkets or in self-service format, with the advantage of being “packaged over the same counter.”
The bags are manufactured with a biodegradable barrier coating based on biopolymers, from 100% renewable sources, sustainably produced, and with recyclability and repulpability capabilities.
Thanks to its hermetic seal, it is the first 100% secure bag that keeps food fresh, and ready to eat. With standard printing or customized, it is suitable for meat, sausage, cheese, bread, pastries, fruits,vegetables packaging, etc
Ecodesign
Most barrier solutions available on the market are based on wax emulsions, polyethylene foils or additives, which provide an effective barrier but are harmful for the people and the planet. Harmful for the human health as they frequently contain bromine and fluorine (also known as PFAS) which become forever chemicals in our body. And harmful for the planet as they are not recyclable or very difficult to recycle.
With BIO BOSS we reduce the environmental impact throughout the product lide cycle: obtaining raw materials, production, distribution, use and end of life.
Completely free of MOSH and MOAH (mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons & mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons).
