SISTEMCOC-IN

Cooking vacuum bags for packaging and cooking. Using SISTEMCOC-IN maintains the organoleptic quality of the product from the thermoresistance without impairing the packaged product. We have evolved the cooking bags with a new formulation and manufacturing, to get the best combination between resistance, temperature, time and cost.

The new formulation provides greater resistance to puncture thanks to its 11 layers and because it’s coextruded, we avoid the danger of delamination.

Properties:

  • Excellent sealing capabilities.
  • Excellent barrier to oxygen and water vapor.
  • Good transparency.
  • Extraordinary thermoresistance.
  • Pasteurization up to 100 ° C / 1 h.
  • Excellent resistance to puncture .
  • Thicknesses of 80-200 μm.

Printing

The cooking vacuum bags can be manufactured in flexoprinted up to 8 colors with gusset type, easy open… Huge variety of sizes available.
